I'm Hilary, and I'm thrilled that you've stopped by! As a novice health enthusiast and blogger, my goal is for this blog to be a source of both information and inspiration to its readers. I'll share my newfound love of health, fitness, and optimal nutrition by sharing personal stories, workout tips, recipes, observations, reviews, and whatever else.
On a more personal note, my main motivation for starting this blog is to document my personal journey toward a richer life characterized by less self doubt and more self love. Part of this quest involves stepping out of our comfort zones. This is never easy, but if we don't embrace change and confront things that frighten us, we never grow. I believe that everyone is capable of reaching his or her own potential, and part of that journey for me is sharing with you through this blog!
So, here's to the courage to be who we are meant to be, despite the odds and whatever stands in our way!
