If you're anything like me, you're probably constantly fighting workout boredom. In fact, I can hardly stay on the treadmill or elliptical for more than 15 minutes before I've had enough! To fight that feeling and get in the best workout you can, I rely on so many channels...YouTube channels to be exact!
I've found that it's always a good thing to mix up your routine before you reach boredom-level, both because YOU stay engaged and invested and because your body never gets the chance to grow too accustomed to a particular workout and subsequently make it harder for you to see results. I don't know about you, but when I work out, I want a guarantee that the torture is worth it! I don't want anything confusin' my body to where it forgets that I'm its boss, and it WILL succumb to my demands for flatter abs, toner legs, and a bubblier butt, LOL!
So here's a few of my favorites (in no particular order), to get you moving this long weekend! Enjoy!
1) ZuzkaLight: Zuzana Light is the co-founder of BodyRock.tv and an all-around badass fitness personality. She really delivers a high-octane sweat session, with short, rapid-fire HIIT-type workouts that shoot your heart rate up and get you sweating. I wouldn't recommend working out with Zuzana every day since her method is so intense, but if you're looking to spice things up and get more bang for your proverbial fitness buck, I'd try incorporating ZuzkaLight into your routine 2-3 times a week, depending, of course, on your fitness level. 2) eFit30 Online Gym: This. Channel. Is. Awesome. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop for your fitness needs, this is it! With all the yoga, Pilates, and total body workouts you could possibly want or need, the hardest part is deciding which to do! Most workouts require minimal if any equipment, and there are a lot of instructional videos available as well to help you correct and perfect your form. You even have the option of joining eFit30's Six Week Boot Camp! The site posts workouts throughout the six weeks to get you moving and sweating towards a rock-hard bod! Check out eFit30 here!
