For example, what is the winning dietary combo to help you stave off bloat and rock a two piece?! According to the expert, potassium-rich foods "help flush bloat-causing fluids from your system." A large banana contains nearly 500 milligrams of potassium, and a cup of fresh spinach? More than 800!
