So many fitness classes, so little time!

Hello, friends!

I hope you've had a great weekend. Isn't it sort of amazing how much faster the weekends fly by during the summer?! It never ceases to astound me! Nonetheless, mine was fun and chock-full...of good times with house guests, yummy meals, and lots of sunshine! What did you do this weekend?

Who made it to the gym and/or worked out?! Did you take your workout out-of-doors, or did you stick to the air conditioned confines of your gym?! What about swimming? Has anyone tried an Aqua Zumba class?! If not, here's a great review from The Fitnessista, a certified Zumba, and now, Aqua Zumba, instructor. It sounds a little silly at first, but when you consider the facts--1) it's in a pool so you're wet, not sweating; 2) no one can tell if you're on beat or doing the moves correctly because all that shows are your shoulders and beautiful, smiling face; and 3) you can kill two birds with one stone by getting your tan on while working on--it sounds pretty darn appealing!

I'd love to hear your thoughts about it! If you've tried a class, drop a line in the comments with your review. If you haven't, do you think you'll try it? If not, why not?! Inquiring minds wanna know what you think!

So speaking of new-to-me classes, I just purchased a Classtivity Passport that let's me take 10 classes in any participating NYC studio/gym for $49! I've done a little research, and the possibilities are ENDLESS! Spinning, Pilates, Zumba, Suspension Training, Boot Camp, Yoga...the list goes on and on!

I'm super excited to check out some new studios and write up some reviews! NYC readers: if you have any recommendations, let me know!
