So yeah...it's been a while! I hope you're all still out there! It's been a month since I last posted, but in my defense, it's been a crazy, fun-filled, productive, and fulfilling month. I added a second group fitness class to my schedule, I've gained two new personal training clients (!), I got to visit Maine and my parents and attend my 10-year high school reunion, and I've taken time for self-reflection and self-improvement. Overall, I give July a grade A+ :-)
