My little tweaks have been in the form of time management. I'm setting aside time each day to dedicate to my career pursuits, as well as to the work that I've committed to do for the gym, particularly the newsletter. By setting aside little more than 20 minutes a day, I've made great strides, and I even have an article to share with you that I posted on the gym's blog!
