New Feature: A Site a Day in the Month of May! [Preview]

Hey ya'll! Happy Sunday-Funday! What's in the cards for today? I'm heading into Manhattan in a few to check out the Yoga Journal NYC event and take a free community class with the lovely Anna Gannon. I can't wait!

I've been trying to think of ways to get inspired to write more frequently, and I came up with this idea to feature a health/wellness/fitness-related website each day for the month of May. While it's not yet May, I want to give you guys a little "sneak peak"...not to mention the fact that I'm totally in awe of the founder of this first site that I want to share with you: Eric Cressey of ericcressey.com.

The man, the myth, the legend: Eric Cressey!

Eric Cressey is a highly sought-after coach and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who works out of his impressive facility in the Boston area, Cressey Performance. Cressey is probably best known for his work with baseball players, but he's worked with everyone from weekend warriors to elite athletes to get them in the best shape of their lives.

What I love about Cressey's site is the sheer amount of information available. His blog is updated on the regular; he keeps abreast of the latest science and research coming out about all things related to strength and conditioning; and he features articles by the best in the business including Mike Boyle, Bret Contreras, and Mike Robertson. He also posts some great instructional videos that focus on improving mobility; injury-prevention; range of motion; corrective exercise; etc. Overall, his site is a great resource for athletes, trainers, coaches, and the general population interested in fitness and wellness alike.

Head on over to ericcressey.com and let me know what you think in the comments section below!

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

xoxo, Hilary
